Authentication Guarantee: All autographed items from Sweet Spot Signatures are guaranteed authentic for life, which we define as the shorter of either the life of the signature or 25 years. These items are backed by a full money back guarantee should they fail to pass any highly reputable third party authenticater such as PSA or JSA. Removal of authentication holograms voids this policy.
Items from other manufacturers (Steiner Sports, TriStar, Mounted Memories, ect) or that have previously been authenticated by third party authenticators (PSA, JSA, GAI, ect) are not covered by this policy, however nearly every company we deal with has their own authenticity guarantee should a problem arise.
Return Policy: Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at sales@sweetspotsignatures.com to receive a refund or replacement. Items paid for with paypal will be refunded through paypal, no exceptions. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any item paid for through Paypal must be returned within 30 days of original payment, items received after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Replacements are available for some items, if you would prefer a replacement, please request by email prior to returning any package(s). Refunds will not be issued in the event of buyer's remorse. Merchandise which has experienced a sudden decrease in value may not be returnable (such as an autographed baseball by a player that suffered an injury a week after purchase, or an item that was purchased when the individual in question was involved in a short term increase in positive media exposure such as the World Series, winning a post season award, or other outstanding acheivement such as pitching a no hitter). Any item that has been altered such as the removal of authentication holograms is not eligible for return.
Shipping Times: Items are shipped every postal day Monday through Saturday at approximately 9:00 am cst. All items are shipped the first shipping day after payment has been received.
Out of Stock Items: In the event that an item is listed but no longer in inventory, your payment will be refunded. In some circumstances it may be possible for us to order the item for you if you prefer.
